SOURCE • Kai is developed any published by the Plus Solar group for commercial and industrial building stakeholders for managing energy demand and consumption.

Zone and Load Management

The energy consumption of each zone and equipment of the building that are equipped with our IoT devices can be monitored and controlled within the application itself.

Equipment Scheduler

The built-in zone and load scheduler allows the facilitation of equipment schedule visualisation and management.

Demand based Throttling and Triggering

A throttling limit can be set for each zone and equipment, allowing non-critical loads to be controlled for energy demand management.
